Punjab Benevolent Fund Scholarship Grant

The Punjab Benevolent Fund Board invites applications on the prescribed form for grant of Educational Scholarship through publication in the newspaper each year.

Rates of Scholar Grant

Gazetted (BS-16 To BS-22)

Rates of Scholar Grant for Non-Gazzeted Emplyees

A special scholarship is awarded to the high achievers i.e. children securing 90% or more marks in any examination in (Matriculation or above), are awarded PKR 50,000 instead of normal rates. 

How to Apply for Scholarship Grant of Punjab Benevolent Fund

To apply for the grant, you’ll need to follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the application form completely and accurately. Ensure that you provide all the required information, including personal details and any other information requested on the form.
  2. Gather the Necessary Documents: As mentioned, you’ll need to submit certain documents along with your application. Make sure you have these documents ready:
    • CNIC of Govt. Employee
    • B-Form/ CNIC Copy of Govt. Employee
    • CNIC Copy Father/Mother
    • Latest Computerized Pay Slip for during Service Govt. Employees
    • Pension Book for Retired Government Employees
    • Affiliation Letter of Student Institute with Board/ University
    • Latest Detail Marks Certificate of Board/ University with the Attestation of Controller Exams
  3. Compile and Submit: Organize your application form and the required documents as mentioned above. Ensure that everything is neat and in order. Then, submit your application to the relevant authority or organization as per the grant guidelines. This may involve mailing the documents or visiting a specific office in person.

Always remember to keep copies of all the documents you submit for your own records. Additionally, make sure you meet any deadlines specified for the grant application, as missing deadlines could disqualify your application.
